resolute events

Resolute Events' races are organised by James McMeekin. James is a veteran of numerous marathons and ultramarathons. Highlights include competing in the 20th Marathon des Sables in 2005; in 2006 he ran the 'Two Capitals Solo Challenge' - a 400 mile course from Edinburgh to London at an average of a marathon a day carrying his supplies, equipment and tent, before finishing with the London Marathon.

James is also a keen traveller and explorer of the more remote parts of the planet and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. He is currently preparing for the Comrades Marathon in South Africa (or beginning to anyway!).
